Dominic Jones
Chairman of the Board
Dominic has over twenty years experience in financial services, business process outsourcing and law. He started his career in London and Paris with international law firms Clifford Chance and Slaughter and May.
After a period in investment banking with Morgan Stanley, he joined Mourant in 1996 where he was a partner and founder shareholder of Mourant Equity Compensation Solutions, a world leader in the provision of HR BPO to leading US, European and Asian companies. MECS merged with Halifax Employee Share Services and is now a division of HBOS plc.
Dominic was subsequently CEO of a leading European provider of fund administration services to the private equity industry with over $21 billion of assets under administration.
Dominic is also a non-executive director of of his family business, The Jersey Pottery ( www.jerseypottery.com ).
Dominic has a degree in law from the University of Bristol and was admitted to the English Bar in 1987 and the Paris Bar in 1992.
Javed Rahman
Chief Executive Officer
Javed Rahman has over seventeen years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on corporate finance, operations, strategy, client relationships and marketing. Javed started his career at First Chicago Trust Company, the largest US administrator for employee stock plans. Upon receiving MBA from the prestigious Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1997, Javed was selected for the exclusive senior leadership training program at Hartford Financial .
In 1999, He was recruited directly by the President of EquiServe, a leading outsourced provider of administration services in the US , to devise and execute turn around strategies for troubled client relationships. Javed joined Mellon Financial the following year to manage key outsourcing relationships and product management initiatives.
Javed worked for Citigroup from 2002 to 2007, in New York , Singapore and Hong Kong , where he held various senior roles on product, financial and compliance management. Immediately prior to his departure from Citi, Javed was a regional product manager for Citi Fund Services, overseeing business across Asia Pacific.
Entrepreneurial in nature, Javed founded Grand Trunk Road, Inc., a successful international trade enabling company during the height of the dot-com era. He has served as presidents and board members of several industry and alumni associations in the US , including National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) New York Chapter, New York Business School Club (NYBSC), Global Equity Organisation (GEO) New York Chapter and Kellogg Alumni Club of New York (KACNY).
